In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "k5555" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to k5555.lat and the entity operating the online betting and gaming services available at that domain.
• "User" / "Member" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the k5555 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User upon successful completion of the registration process, through which the User accesses all k5555 services.
• "Services" means all products and features made available by k5555, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, crash games, bingo, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other wagering products offered from time to time.
• "Wallet" means the single IDR-denominated balance associated with a Member's Account, used for all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals across all Services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, rebate, or other incentive awarded by k5555 to a Member under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover Requirement") means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of Members before withdrawal requests are processed, in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of the k5555 Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all time-sensitive rules, draw schedules, and promotional periods on k5555.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on k5555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former officer, employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of k5555, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where accessing k5555 would constitute a criminal offence under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing k5555 is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, closed, or banned by k5555 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any government-issued self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.

k5555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility condition at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period requested may result in account suspension pending resolution.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on k5555. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and pending bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. k5555 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details provided by a Member.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. k5555 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact k5555 support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification. k5555 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. Members will be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (Indonesian KTP or equivalent) and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. k5555 may also request KYC documentation at any time for security, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes. Accounts under KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily held until verification is complete. Deposits and gameplay remain available during standard KYC review periods unless an account-wide hold is imposed.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting k5555 support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Remaining cleared balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements not met) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on k5555 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency is accepted. There are no platform-side currency conversion fees.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by k5555's payment processor. k5555 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transfer receipt.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonuses must be satisfied prior to withdrawal, unless k5555 chooses to waive the relevant Bonus and deduct its value from your Wallet balance before processing.
• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• k5555 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000 and a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction as communicated in the platform's current cashier settings.

4.5 Refused Transactions. k5555 may refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, k5555 will notify the Member and provide an opportunity to clarify the transaction, subject to applicable legal obligations.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. k5555 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant Account balances. Members will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after the dormancy period.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All Bonuses offered by k5555 are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that Bonus only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all Bonuses carry a minimum Wagering Requirement of 10x (ten times) the Bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Certain high-value welcome Bonuses or reload offers may carry different multipliers as stated in their respective promotional pages.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. The following general contribution schedule applies unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses and their associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Bonus being credited to your Wallet. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not met within this period will expire and be forfeited without compensation.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Members may hold only one active Bonus at a time unless k5555 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion. Accepting a new Bonus while a previous Bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the prior Bonus at k5555's discretion.

5.6 Bonus Abuse. k5555 actively monitors for Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting across promotional offers, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract Bonus value without genuine play, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus, and collusion between Members. k5555 reserves the right to void Bonus winnings, close Accounts, and withhold funds where Bonus abuse is detected.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to k5555's current odds and market availability. k5555 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including in response to market integrity concerns, unusual betting patterns, or technical errors in the odds display. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is binding subject to the event outcome. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out; a void selection reduces the accumulator leg count. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as published in the k5555 Sportsbook Help section.

6.2 Live (In-Play) Betting. Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event. Bets placed on a market immediately before it is suspended are subject to verification. k5555 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event outcome was determined, regardless of whether the market was shown as open at the time of placement.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a scheduled event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for official result settlement (as specified per sport in the k5555 Sportsbook Rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Members' Wallets.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by our third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. k5555 does not modify game logic or RNG outcomes. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is published in the game's information panel.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error resulting in an incorrectly displayed odds price, game result, or payout, k5555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No payout obligation arises from a bet or game round affected by a technical error. Members who knowingly exploit a displayed error to place bets may have their Accounts suspended.

6.6 Maximum Payout. k5555 applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap across all Services. Current payout limits are displayed in the cashier and relevant game interfaces. Wins exceeding the stated cap will be paid up to the cap amount only, with the remainder forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k5555 Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other non-human means of interacting with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption, whether or not you have placed a related bet on k5555.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security mechanisms.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund your Account (money laundering).
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Reselling or transferring Account balances, Bonuses, or winnings to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening k5555 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

k5555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all Members free of charge from their Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which you will be unable to deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that k5555 prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum of 12 months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without k5555's prior written consent.

Third-party game content (e.g., slot titles, live dealer interfaces) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used by k5555 under valid licensing agreements. Any unauthorised reproduction of third-party game content may constitute a separate infringement of those studios' rights.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k5555, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage.

10.2 k5555's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 k5555 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. k5555 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

10.4 You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that k5555 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and k5555 makes no representations or warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

k5555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process — including your full name, date of birth, national identity number, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. k5555 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect. k5555 will process any such closure and return your cleared balance in accordance with Section 3.5.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law principles applicable to online gaming operators, as interpreted by the licensing authority under which k5555 holds its operating licence.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and k5555, both parties agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting k5555 support in writing at the email address set out in Section 14. k5555 will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (WIB).

13.3 Formal Dispute Process. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration and the language of proceedings shall be determined at the time of escalation, consistent with k5555's licensing terms.

13.4 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
